Grant amounts and rules change
Grant values, eligibility rules and application steps change, sometimes at short notice and often in the Budget. Each guide shows the date we last checked its figures. Always check the current position on seai.ie, gov.ie, citizensinformation.ie or with your local authority before you apply, sign a contract or start work. SEAI grants must be approved before work begins; works started without approval are generally not grant-aided.
