Who we are
HouseWise is operated by Approved Tradesmen Limited, which is the data controller for this website. Approved Tradesmen Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14197980). Contact details are on our contact page.
What we collect
- No accounts, no forms, no newsletter. We don't ask you for personal information.
- No tracking or advertising cookies. We don't use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking at present. If that changes (for example, display advertising), we'll update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
- The grant estimator runs in your browser. Choices you make in it are not sent to us or stored.
Our hosting provider
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Our guides link to official bodies, retailers and other sources. If you follow a link, that website's own privacy policy and cookies apply.
Emailing us
If you email us, we'll use your email address and message only to reply, and delete them when no longer needed.
